I purchased my Breville Joule oven last month and have used it every day. I’ve made kale chips, casseroles, toast, bagels, air fried vegetables, egg muffin cups and many vegetarian meals! I love how easy it is to use and I haven’t even used all the features yet! I can’t wait to use the dehydrator!
Our home has been two people for a bit of time now. With electric rates on the rise, our stove was getting a little expensive to turn on. This past year, I made a pact with myself to use our air fryer a little more for cooking. Problem is, odd sized foods were not working out as well in the oven and we needed something a little more substantial. I looked at a number of brands and kept coming back to the Breville ovens as a possibilty for our dilemma. We went to our local Williams & Sonoma store to look at all the variations. My husband asked a lot of questons of the salesperson and we decided on the Joule. So far, we have been happy with pretty much everything we have used the bake mode more. I have to admit that we are still learning even after owning it a month about all it's functionalities, but so far, so good! We did French bread pizzas last night and they were unbelievable! I've made chicken several times and candied bacon....all have come out very well! I look forward to experimenting more with other things, but it does a nice job....just waiting to see if there is any difference to our energy bill!
This oven is so amazing. It has so many different functions to allow you to toast, air fry, dehydrate food, conventional bake and so much more. It has a smart design that enables you to fit more than one item for cooking. It is a quality oven in my opinion and does not disappoint in any front. You won’t regret getting it.
