I replace a 15 yrs old Cuisinart Toaster Over, with this Mini. For me and my family, the TOASTING is ok but not a WOW at all! I like BIG baked potatoes very disappointed after 2 hrs at @425 and still not fully cooked I thought for the cost I would have upgraded from a 15 yrs old oven. It has more options and does not get as hot on the outside of the oven.
The design is very simple and functional; there aren't dozens of confusing buttons with complex functionalities. It looks great on the countertop and it works very well for so many things.
I bought this item a month ago, and found that it only toasted bread on one side. When I contacted customer support, I was disappointed to be told that the toaster functioning as intended and was not designed to toast bread evenly.
