Loving the product. It’s a statement piece that works well and has buttons for various types of tea and coffee to heat to the best temperature. Overall I would definitely recommend. Here are my pros and cons: Pro: -wow looks incredible and love having it on my kitchen counter -Feels very high quality and premium -has measurements that are easily readable -heats quickly -separate buttons for various teas, coffee and boiling Cons: -this is primarily glass and stainless but there is a small amount of plastic where the water pours from. Would liked if that was stainless so hot water doesn’t touch any plastic
