the Soft Top™ Pure

I've been using the Breville Soft Top Pure Kettle for about a week now and already I can tell that it is a huge upgrade to the old plastic kettle that it replaced. This is a very fine, high quality kettle. And in the world of kettles, it simply does not get any better than this. Made of stainless steel and well designed, this thing looks stunning sitting on the countertop. With a large capacity of 1.7 liters, it holds a lot of water! Perfect for a single cup of tea or for cooking up a big pot of boiling water, this thing heats up water quick! It has water boiling in about half the time it took with my previous plastic kettle. The top of the kettle opens up slowly and smoothly with a push of a button, and then snaps shut securely. What I really like about this kettle is that it has a built in filter that helps removes scale buildup, which ultimately results in cleaner water! The scale filter is easy to remove and easy to clean. I can see the Breville Soft Top Pure Kettle lasting years and years to come. This is my first Breville product but certainly won't be my last.

This is a great gadget for kitchen use, I would say This is not less than a blessing for making the water hot in seconds without using other pots to make it boil. It is very efficient. We don't bother putting it away in a cupboard or drawer because it compliments our counter. This kettle has a modern design and quiet open of the lid. The best thing is that I can bring it with me while traveling or going in an RV or airbnb. It heats the water very quickly and it’s easy to use! The look of the kettle is simple and stylish. Just go and grab it!

Most of our products, frother, grinder, and now the water pot. All are used everyday and some time twice a day. The Soft Top Pure is well made and heats quickly. Faster than any other brand. That being said, I only have a few complaints. One being the timer bell quit after sis months,(no big deal), then I noticed rust spots after 13 months form on the inside bottom on the stainless steel. I called customer service. They said it's no longer cover on the warranty and to clean the rust with Lemon and baking soda. The rust is cleaned away and then returns in the same spots 3 weeks later. I am now in the habit of doing this as a cleaning routine every week. I probably will replace with the same product as this Soft Top Pure gets a lot of work in everyday. It's sad that Breville sticks so close to their warranty.
