I really like this kettle/infuser. It's substantial and attractive. I specifically wanted a compact unit so I could free up counter space by stashing it in a cabinet when not in use. This is the first time I've had a kettle with variable temperature settings for different types of tea, and I've found that brewing at the correct temperature really makes a difference in the taste of tea. I also like the timer for steeping. My only quibble: I wish there were a way to safely remove the infuser basket when the steep time has ended. If you use the keep-warm feature without first removing the infuser basket, you'll end up with over-steeped tea.

This is an amazing product! I had a old infuser we’ve been using for the last 15yrs. It’s the only way we brew our tea and we were so excited when we recurved this product. Our minds were blown with how well this brews the tea and how amazing the tea is. We were like kids on Christmas when we received this. To all the tea aficionados out there this is the real deal!

This compact tea kettle makes up to 4 cups of tea which is really convenient in my household since I and occasionally one other drink tea the rest of my household doesn’t really. Has setting for each type of tea you want to brew. Has a basket to hold the tea leaves you choose which can be removed as soon as you get to desired steep. If i had one complaint it’s that it only keeps it warm for 30 minutes I would love if it was a minimum of an hour so I usually just do 2 cups at a time. Overall I love this little teapot and find it really convenient to use.
