I was always unsure of pressure cookers as the thought of it burning me or exploding always kept me at a distance. When I saw that breville had a new version I got one right away. I have had several breville products and always loved their quality and craftsmanship and their products work as advertised for years. I have tried several soup and risotto recipes and all came out perfect with very little to do. I also tried making a family stuffed cabbage recipe in the pressure cooker and it came out so tender and did all the work for me. I am very happy with the product and already ordered one for my parents who make stews and use a manual pressure cooker almost weekly.
Got this and couldn't wait to try it. My first thought was oh no it's gonna be complicated, but it's really easy. My husband cooked me a pot roast chicken ! He said it was really simple, he set it to sear and set the timer, then all he had to do was pressure cook wich was really easy select then set timer. The food was delicious the chicken so tender as was the potatoes and the gravy was out of this world. The only thing I would do different, is add a book of recipes. This cooker is amazing , thank yall for allowing us to review you product, it's alot easier to use than the instapot
I am in love with this pressure cooker! I have owned two other brands previously and was not nearly as impressed as I was with this Breville! Although the wide range of buttons looks a little scary, it was surprisingly easy to use and navigate. The directions and quick guide were helpful and precise. The automatic pressure release was by far my favorite feature as I have previously burned myself on other pressure cookers. So far I’ve cooked rice and meats and all have come out amazing and consistent. Looking forward to trying to soups next!
