This machine is defective it leaks water from inside the machine. I’m not talking about the drip tray overflowing every now and again and a small amount of water leaks out/overflows due to user error.. IM TALKING PUDDLES OF WATER on my kitchen counter. Enough that it runs off my kitchen counter and drips on the kitchen floor. Called customer care and their only solution was to send it back for repair for 2-3 weeks may be longer and not have a coffee marker during that time. I’m just going to toss this junk out and get something different. I have only had this machine for 5-6 months. Purchased in Nov ‘23 it’s Apr ‘24 now. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY.
I have had this for about a month. So much better than Kurieg Cafe. The coffee and espresso made with the Creatista is amazing! Just watch what size cup is used as the holder will not hold a wider cup avoiding scratches.
I bought this about 4 months ago (from Best Buy) and I love the latte's I make with it. But from week 2 I struggled with the frothing wand. I realized that I had to use a pin to clean out the openings pretty much daily. Then I tried running a water steam cycle after my milk frothing and that helped keep my nozzle clear of milk pebbles. BUT I noticed a few times that my drip tray was full. Weird since I don't let water drip into the tray. Week after week I noticed with greater frequency that the drip tray was full and IF I had the removed the drip tray the rubber mat under my coffee maker had standing water. What I have figured out is that my coffee maker is leaking from underneath and pretty much has been for 4 months. Fast forward to today and the wand is no longer working. Sooo, don't buy this machine without an extended warranty. Maybe, don't buy it at all..... but man, when it works right, its oh so good!
