Don’t waste your money
A few months after I got my machine it started acting up. Called the tech line several times as I was getting disconnected. Language accents also made it difficult. The tech fixed my problem for a while and then another malfunction started up. Fixed that and another problem, ad nauseum. Over 7 hours with 6 different techs and no solution, wasted coffee pods, descaling products. Of course the warranty expired during that time. I am left with no options. Please don’t buy this machine. Not worth the packaging it comes in.
A little disappointed
I've been a Nespresso user since 1995 and have always had products from Nespresso proper. I thought I might try this model for its smaller footprint but have been somewhat disappointed. The main annoyance is the noise - the loudest machine we have ever had. The other issue has been vibration - our mugs (both 7oz and espresso) vibrate to very edge of the holder base. Espresso cups are smaller and this requires attention each time. I'll stick to the specific Nespresso brand next time.
Mine stopped working in six months
The coffee tastes great but my machine stopped working within six months. Quite disappointed
