Create the perfect milk recipes with your Aeroccino3 milk frother included with this machine
We bought this machine 8 months ago, at the end of 2019, and it did not even last to the end of its warranty period. The machine developed leak from the bottom so that every time we make coffee we have a huge coffee puddle underneath the machine. We called the Nespresso Club, the representative walked us through a cleaning procedure but the machine failed again. So, we are now sending it for repair, which means we will not have it for a approximately 3 weeks (if everything goes well). We would have never bought this coffeemaker had we known that it would die before even warranty expires.
I received the machine as a birthday present, and ordered espresso pods that night on the internet (it's COVID, no nearby Nespresso stores were open). The pods showed up the following Monday, and coffee (plus the milk frother) hasn't been better. Since the machine scans the barcode on the coffee pods, it knows how much water to use for each type of coffee you add. Hooking up to your internet router ensures that as Nespresso introduces new coffee, the machine will keep up and brew the perfect amount each time. When you order coffee, you also get pre-addressed recycling bags to store the used aluminum pods, and when the bag is full, you can drop off at the UPS store (for free).
I bought this machine from Nespresso and in less than 1year, it started making bitter coffee. At first we thought it was the Pods, but after doing several experiments we determined it was the machine. I descaled it and the coffee still bitter. This is a problem that has jo solution.
