Works great ....for a little while until the warranty runs out
This is my second Vertuo Next that just would not work after a couple years. The flashing lights are hard to figure out - orange or yellow, double flash, single flash. I descaled and followed directions and it just won't work. Don't buy!
On Strike with less than 50 cups of coffee made
Only after 4 month and less than 50 cups made, it decided to go on strike and stop working. As an IT professional, I can normally figure out blinking light sequence etc but this beast is beyond me. Did the descaling thing but still on strike. User manual is also helpless.
Product works for 2 - 3 months now its a piece of junk that can't make coffee
Product works for 2 - 3 months now its a piece of junk that can't make coffee. Tried contacting customer service for replacement, sent emails, tried calling but no response. What a waste of $200.00. Never come across such a poorly made coffee machine.
