Poor Construction
I bought this unit 2 weeks ago and today I decided to used for the first time, really a piece of trash the unit. The blade in from the variable mashing blade just got broken when I try with some potatoes. I have not tried yet the other devices but I not expecting any different than this piece of trash.
Broke Easily
I do like this product, and I still use it, but it broke so easily and I'm very disappointed. I've had this product for around a year and the container cracked at the bottom and now when I have liquids it just leaks out everywhere. I also cannot get the piece that holds the motor/power to lock back in. I have to hold pressure down on it, so it will work.
Lid design is impossible to clean fully
I've had this for about two years and basically used it 3 times. The lid specifically is impossible to fully clean, there are crevices that no sponge or cleaning pad can even get into, and it comes out of the dishwasher dirty too. The immersion blender part works ok, but the food processer itself really more of a hassle to use than its worth.
