Good if it works - Bad switch?
We purchased this grill several years ago. We don't use it very often and store it in it's own cabinet in our kitchen. The hand-full of times we have used it, it has been sturdy and makes great panini's. We recently pulled it out and it turned on for a few minutes and then didn't seem to have power. The switch appears to not be working. We were SO disappointed because we paid a lot for this grill, we loved the quality, we have taken excellent care of it, and it has hardly been used. There is no reason this switch should not be working. For the money, this should be more durable. We don't mind paying for quality, but we expect it to last.
Switch broke again
My third panini press. Used warranty twice already and it's the same issue the switch just stops working. Good company, makes great products but this is a simple fix and yet it effects the whole product. Would have given this a 5 star if it weren't for the switch breaking down the third time.
DOES NOT WORK
Have used twice.. and now it doesn't warm up AT ALL. '
