I got the deep fryer for Christmas. Its my first time using a deep fryer. Used it once to fry calamari. It worked like a charm. I used the program setting for calamari and it came out delicious, better than restaurant. Clean up was not too hard. Basket and inner bowl went in dishwasher, the rest hand washed easily. The best part was there was no grease splatter anywhere around the fryer. That was the main reason I bought a deep fryer, not to have a greasy mess around my stove and counters to clean up. I should have bought one years ago! The construction is light weight but sturdy. I think if handled with care it will last a long time. I would recommend this product.

The smart settings are pretty cool. The wing setting isn’t as long but you can always add time or just start cycle again
LOVE THIS DEEP FRYER!
It's easy to use. Easy to clean. Keeps a constant set temperature. My first batch of fried chicken looked like something out of a magazine! KFC has nothing over me! I have to give this appliance 5 stars. I love it so much and so does my boyfriend that I'm going to buy HIM one for his birthday next month! Bravo, Breville!
