Warning DO NOT BUY!
BEWARE! DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE I purchased this on 05/07/22 and on 9/21/22 it stopped working. Within the past week it started to leak everywhere during operation. It also has stopped juicing the whole vegetable I put in. I have even started to cut the pieces smaller just to make sure it wasn’t jamming and that did not solve the issue.Now when I turn it on it just revs really high, the red light flashes and it turns off. Cannot get through to Breville warranty their website says they close at 5pm PCT so I called at 3:50p and said they are closed, every time I call it says they are closed. Unable to find a resolution for such an expensive machine. Complete and utter garbage.
Piece of junk. Do not purchase!!!
Having issues after 3 months. Juice is coming all out the sides of the machine making a complete mess. It will not let me upload my videos because I don’t have YouTube. But photos show permanent stains on pitcher, strainer and strainer holder. I only juice once a week. Customer service was very smart mouthed insinuating I’m not using the machine correctly. They sent a new blade basket but the issue is stilling occurring. Buyer Beware!!!
Disappointed with this product!
I regret to buy this product. I tried to return but the store does not accept it. I should contact the breville company but could not reach. I wish I could share the pictures. First of all, half of the fruits and veggies are wasting in this juicer. I had to reuse the fruit waste to get more juice because I was even able to squeeze with my hand to get some juice out of the waste. Another problem is, even though I was careful about overloading, the machine was flooding with juice everywhere. I thought it was my fault the first time and made sure I am not overloading but it happens again and again. It was so frustrating! It happened many times. I do not recommend this product!
