Fragile design of spout
Bought the BCP 600 almost a year ago, via "Bed, Bath, and Beyond" (order BBB6600673561), and it worked very nicely until the little spout flap broke off. There is no way to snap it back on, since the plastic nubs broke off, so now the juice dribbles all over the machine and counter. There is no replacement part available, that I could find.
Citrus Juicer -
We bought this product twice. The firts one was the pro made in Satainles Steel in 2015, after 3 years the side of the hinge attached to the body - then fix to the handle - got broken. We use it on dayly basis for orange juice for the 6 month we live in florida. We replace for the plastic one, we thought the machine was impoved and will not happens again, unfortunately we got after 4 years the same problem. We looked on this site to see if there is a spare part to fix it but is not . We are now considering if is a good idea to buy another one from Breville? I hope this comments help you guys to pay attention on the issue and improve the machine .
Failed after two months
Loved this juicer but failed after 2 months. No power to the juicer. Worse is Breville customer service. Took forever to get a response to my email re failure. Took how we to get response back once claim filed. Now they say I can return but never sent postage shipping label. I own four other Breville products. Love them but will never again trust or buy Breville. Very disappointed and I’ve spent over a hundred dollars for nothing. Very disappointed in this co.
